Space Management, Policy, and Analysis

The Office of Space Management, Policy, and Analysis (SMPA) serves as the central resource and repository for information about the university’s institutional space (for example, buildings and rooms). Working with other members of the university community, SMPA develops, promotes, and implements institutional definitions of space, as well as policies and procedures for use and ownership. The office developed and implemented the university’s online space management system and manages its daily operation.
