The DRTI program will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2008, at the Join recruiters, diversity officers, human resources managers, career services professionals, and diversity thought leaders nationwide at DRTI 2008. DRTI attendees will receive a copy of our DRTI Resource/Fact Book, an informative desk reference that will enhance your current diversity recruiting efforts. A document for organizations committed to inclusion, the DRTI Fact Book is useful for in house training, as a reference manual, and as a guide to addressing questions and concerns that arise when working toward inclusion.
Presentation Description:
The U.S. population and labor force are increasingly diverse. Progressive organizations are crafting new strategies to identify and recruit diverse college graduates to lead change, increase innovation, and expand consumer markets worldwide. Competition for the "best and brightest" talent is keen; identifying, attracting, and building relationships with diverse college students is essential to successful diversity recruiting and retention.
Diversity Recruiting Training Sessions
DRTI 2008 offers new and experienced recruiters, and college and community partners, the opportunity to hone their skills in the afternoon informational and training sessions. Sessions will be repeated so that participants have an opportunity to attend two of three sessions.
