Finding meaning in medicine

When Milford native Luke Ustick graduated from high school, he didn’t see higher education in his future. Now, the aspiring doctor who once thought he would never set foot in a college classroom will begin courses as a medical science student in UC’s College of Medicine this fall. Ustick hopes to eventually work as a physician in geriatrics or surgery.

‘60 years strong and ready for next’

A renovated Siddall Hall reopens with eyes on the future and an appreciation for the past. About 200 people gathered for speeches, photos and a ribbon-cutting for UC's newest living area for students. The event offered visitors a peek at the completion of an $85 million renovation projection. Several Cincinnati media covered the unveiling.

Final phase of UC Health's Blood Cancer Healing Center renovation begins

The Cincinnati Business Courier reports construction crews broke ground in July on the final phase of the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center's Blood Cancer Healing Center, which will see the fourth and fifth floors of the building fit out with increased patient care and research infrastructure.
