Advising for Transfer Students
Important Changes to Transfer Advising
Transfer student advising has moved to the new Transfer Center in the Admissions Office. If you have questions about the transfer process, please contact their office.
With these changes, our office will continue under the name Transition Advising Center.
Every transfer student experience is unique, and enrolling at a new institution can be challenging. To better guide you through this process, the Transfer Center in the Office of Admissions can help you with:
- General pre-transfer advising
- Exploring program options
- Unofficial, preliminary credit evaluation
If you have recently confirmed your admission
Please visit the next steps page for more information about when to expect to be assigned a college advisor and more. Also, make sure you've taken care of the essentials, before classes start. To help you on the way, check the transfer student checklist.
