The UCit Help Desk provides first level support for data and phone communications as well as all computing concerns for the faculty, staff, and students of UC. This support includes, but is not limited to, the mainframe, file servers, e-mail servers (Exchange & Bearcat Online), Blackboard, UCFlex, Password Self Service (PSS), wireless access, and VPN remote access. The Help Desk offers several means of communication:
