UCit Help Desk

The UCit Help Desk provides first level support for Data/Phone Communications and all computing concerns for the faculty, staff, and students of UC. This support includes but is not limited to the mainframe, file servers, E-mail servers (Exchange & Bearcat Online), Blackboard, UCFlex, wireless and VPN/remote access from home.

The Helpdesk offers several means of communication:

To view an issue reported to the Helpdesk, enter your Helpdesk ticket number in the Trouble Ticket form.

Hours    
Monday through Friday:           7:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday:             8:00 am to 9:00 pm

Location
East Campus at 51 Goodman Drive in Suite 400 of University Hall.

Instructional & Research Computing Help Desk

The Instructional & Research Computing Help Desk provides consulting services via walk-in to 630 Steger Student Life Center. You can receive assistance with Bearcat Online, wireless, edukey passwords, and installing UC supported software.
