Let’s spark your creativity white relaxing your mind!  Doodling is something you did naturally and mindLESSLY as a child. It can be something that you do intentionally and mindFULLY now to relax and achieve greater clarity in your life.

 Everyone is a doodler! Just as you don’t need to be a singer to sing or a writer to write, you don’t have to be an “artist” to doodle. In these classes, you will experience how doodling is a magical tool for slowing down your thoughts, emotions, and body as well as see how they can assist you in finding clarity.

 This is a playful process that embraces “mistakes” and releases outcomes - the perfect environment for fresh ideas to grow.  Join us for a calm, creative, and connective time!

 Drop in for just one or two classes or you can sign up for the whole series for a discount! Every class will introduce different doodling and mindfulness exercises.
