The Office of Equal Opportunity is responsible for gathering, maintaining, and disseminating data related to campus climate, equal opportunity and affirmative action. This includes:

  • The University’s annual ODHE Changing Campus Culture Climate Survey
  • Gathering and maintaining employment statistics on all employees
  • Utilizing data to assist the University in establishing and achieving affirmative action goals
  • Maintain data and statistics on the current utilization status of protected class members
