Registration for the 2025 OHECC Conference can be found at the link below. Please complete one registration form per attendee. When entering contact information, please use data that can be shared with fellow conference attendees.

*Standard and Single Day registration is only available to individuals working at an institution of higher education or Ohiolink and OARnet.

**Sponsor attendees in addition to those covered by Sponsorship Package.

Registration Fee Includes: 

  • Shuttle to and from events
  • Wednesday Meals: Lunch, Dinner
  • Thursday Meals:  Breakfast, Lunch, Vendor Showcase Reception, and Dinner 
  • Friday Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing to event.services@uc.edu no later than April 30, 2025 to receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the payment was made.
