Police Dashboard – Introduction of Michael Zidar

- Michael Zidar has done a tremendous job of putting together this dashboard; combined all data sources and created something that all administration can use to pull data
- See presentation; still under construction with an estimated completion date of 08/2019
- Goal – Get the data immediately – real time
- Director Whalen – may host an open house to show this
- Can be a liability if this dashboard is not used
- Judge West – host an open house for community engagement
