About Qualtrics
The University of Cincinnati offers a university-wide site license to Qualtrics survey software.
The license provides current UC students, faculty, and staff members centralized access to Qualtrics software, support, and technical assistance.
Access Qualtrics Survey Software
Follow the instructions below to set up a new UC Qualtrics account.
- Go to ucincinnati.qualtrics.com.
- Enter your UC username and password into the login prompt.
- Build surveys, distribute to participants, monitor responses, and analyze the results.
Already have a Qualtrics account?
Please continue to use your existing UC-owned license.
DTS will work with current license administrators in colleges and units to transition departmentally owned Qualtrics accounts and data to the university-wide license.
When we migrate your current account from another UC-owned license, we will migrate your existing surveys and their data as well.

The university-wide Qualtrics license includes access to:
- 24/7 Support: Step-by-step instructions or talk with product experts around-the-clock via the Support Center.
- Live & On-Demand Training: Product and task-specific training lets you learn what you need, when you need it.
- Dedicated Higher Ed Community: Connect with peers and share resources in a dedicated online space.
Technical Assistance
- Go to the Qualtrics Support site.
- Select “Sign in with SSO.”
- Enter organization ID: Ucincinnati.
- Select “Continue.”
- Submit a ticket.
- Or, call the IT Service Desk.
- From a personal phone, dial 513-556-HELP (4357) or 866-397-3382; select option 2.
- From a university phone on campus, dial 6-HELP (4357); select option 2.
