The University of Cincinnati has teamed with the Corryville Community Council and the Short Vine Business District to form the Corryville Community Development Corporation (CCDC).  CCDC developed the Village at Stetson Square featuring 205 upscale apartment units with a state of the art menities center,  53 condominium units, One Stetson Square consisting of five floors of fully leased office space, street level retail,  and both public and private underground parking.  A few blocks to the southwest of the Village at Stetson Square, the heart of the Short Vine Business district enjoys a newly renovated Turner Center which serves as a home for the UC Niehoff Urban Design Center.
