UHCURC  was formed to create a new vision for revitalizing the University Heights neighborhood. This non-profit organization is made up of three members: Heights Community Council (“HCC”), the Greek Affairs Council (“GAC”) and the University of Cincinnati.  Its’ sole project is Stratford Heights a student housing complex that consists of 15 buildings and with 693 beds.  Stratford Heights is a safe, secure property that offers an ongoing educational experience for student academic, religious and fraternal organizations.  The University assumed management of Stratford Heights in Fall 2009.
