Lisa Horney joined the University of Cincinnati team in May of 2019 to become the Program Coordinator for the department of Army ROTC.  Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Northern Kentucky University and went on to earn her MBA from NKU.  Here career includes 28 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.  She has experience as a Human Resource Analyst, Human Resource Coordinator, Employment Coordinator and Records Manager.  She also spent two years as a part time Budget Officer.  Her job duties have included providing a high level of support to the areas of compensation, employment and records management.  Her current goal as Program Manager is to deliver excellent customer service to faculty, staff and students. 

Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and her two corgi's.  She loves the beach and enjoys hiking, kayaking and cycling.  Lisa is a Northern Kentucky native and she and her husband Philip currently live in Fort Wright with their three children.  Lisa’s top three signature strengths are Humor, Kindness and Love.Replace with your text
