Program Coordinator

Lisa Horney joined the University of Cincinnati team in May of 2019 to become the Program Coordinator for the department of Army ROTC.  Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Northern Kentucky University and went on to earn her MBA from NKU.  Here career includes 28 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.  She has experience as a Human Resource Analyst, Human Resource Coordinator, Employment Coordinator and Records Manager.  She also spent two years as a part time Budget Officer.  Her job duties have included providing a high level of support to the areas of compensation, employment and records management.  Her current goal as Program Coordinator is to deliver excellent customer service to faculty, staff and students. 

Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and her corgi.  She loves to hike, kayak and cycle.  Lisa is a Northern Kentucky native and she and her husband Philip currently live in Fort Wright. They have one daughter and twin boys who are currently attending the University of Cincinnati.  Lisa’s top three signature strengths are Humor, Kindness and Love.
