Get To Know Katie Denlinger
Katie is an instructor who teaches Pilates at the CRC. While attending UC, she is pursuing a degree in BAHS Pre-Physical Therapy. Katie’s favorite part about working at the CRC is teaching new Pilates movements to help participants feel coordinated and strong in their Pilates form - "I enjoy encouraging new learners to try Pilates as an alternative strength class.” In her free time, she enjoys reading and finding new foods and desserts to try. Outside of working at the CRC, Katie is part of the classics club, and takes ballet classes. Katie’s best advice for a first-time participant is “Don't panic! Especially with Pilates or Yoga, everything feels strange and maybe uncoordinated at first. Trust the process and stay engaged on you and your level of ability; it'll start to feel more natural with practice and time.”
