Strive to Thrive is a fitness initiative designed to empower individuals by focusing on tracking weekly habits and engaging in campus programming. Our mission is to create a supportive community that fosters growth, resilience, and a balanced lifestyle.

Habit Tracker

Habit tracking journals will be provided to everyone participating in Strive to Thrive (while supplies last). Individuals are encouraged to track their habits throughout the semester, stacking new behaviors on existing ones to create long-term success.
