Fun Facts: I collect rocks from everywhere I go or from people who have traveled. I’m also learning to play the guitar and handpan, as well as how to write poetry.

Training Philosophy: As a personal trainer, my goal is to help you get closer to your goals of strength, cardio, and power. However, I also want you to be able to move without pain or limitations, so I always include mobility work to address functional issues in the body.

Fun Facts: I am a huge fan of the Minnesota Timberwolves, I own over 50 pairs of shoes, and I like to spend my time cooking and exercising.

Fun Facts: I am from Lexington, Kentucky (GO CATS), I listen to country music 24/7, and I watch way too many Bravo reality shows.

Training Philosophy: There are three main things that I take into account when it comes to training. The first is gearing a program towards YOU and what you enjoy doing. The second is progressive overload. I want to see your progress and I want you to be able to see that progress as well. The third is variation, I want your workout to be exciting and fun for you not something that is the same over and over again!

Fun Facts: I am a build builder and had my first show in November 2023! I used to play college football. My other job is doing security at a music venue, so I love concerts.

Fun Facts: I enjoy hanging out with friends in my free time, baking, traveling, and being outside. A fun fact about me is that I hosted my own TV series for over three years.

: I am currently a high school football coach. My dog's name is Murray, and he is an English Bulldog. I enjoy coaching football, playing basketball, fishing, and watching scary movies when I get the chance.
