Training Philosophy: There are three main things that I take into account when it comes to training. The first is gearing a program towards YOU and what you enjoy doing. The second is progressive overload. I want to see your progress and I want you to be able to see that progress as well. The third is variation, I want your workout to be exciting and fun for you not something that is the same over and over again!
Fun Facts: I am a build builder and had my first show in November 2023! I used to play college football. My other job is doing security at a music venue, so I love concerts.

Fun Facts: I enjoy hanging out with friends in my free time, baking, traveling, and being outside. A fun fact about me is that I hosted my own TV series for over three years.

Fun Facts: I am currently a high school football coach. My dog's name is Murray, and he is an English Bulldog. I enjoy coaching football, playing basketball, fishing, and watching scary movies when I get the chance.
