What I like to do when I’m not at work: I enjoying going for walks with my dog, playing board games with my partner, cooking new recipes, playing sand volleyball, cuddling up with a good book, and adventuring to different restaurants within the city.
Coping skills I recommend to clients that I use myself: Having a change of scenery by going for a walk or exploring something new. This tends to help me get out of my head and helps me in shifting my mindset.
