At UC, cooperative education is mandatory for undergraduate students in these colleges:

  • College of Engineering and Applied Science
  • College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP) with the exceptions of horticulture, urban studies, and art history
  • School of Information Technology in the College of Education, Criminal Justice and Human Services
  • Lindner College of Business

Cooperative education is optional for:
