Bearchats

Bearchats is a collection of affinity groups meant to act as a space for students to build community and dig deeper into their intersecting identities. These affinity groups will allow students to:

• Form lasting relationships with our office, as well as other students who share their intersecting identities and interests.
• Articulate struggles associated with their intersecting identities in a brave space.
• Learn ways to cope with struggles and skills to advocate for themselves.

• The Sum is our affinity group for multiracial students at UC. 
• Bridges is our affinity group for leadership development through a social justice lens. 
• The Color Collective is our affinity group for QTPOC students at UC.
