You can usually find me curled up reading a book or walking through local parks—I especially love walks in the rain. You might also find me starting a book club or hosting a movie night; I love finding ways to connect friends and find community.  A few years ago I adopted a Collie named Hope, and the two of us love exploring green spaces together. My personal goals are to learn always, read often, travel widely, and connect wholly. Traveling always help me feel like a part of a global community, and I love finding ways to connect with people through new experiences.

My interests in learning and traveling have extended into my professional life, where I work to engage students in their personal development. I have worked as an Academic Advisor, Editor, Librarian, International Coordinator, Success Coach, and now as an Honors Advisor. These experiences have given me a lot of flexibility in working with unique students. I understand what it means to change your goals and to seek new opportunities or find new interests. I believe that we can work together to bring your career goals, professional interests, and hopes for learning to find you amazing Honors Experiences.
