Why is UHP for you?
The return on investment I've gotten from the UHP is probably the most out of any program I have done at UC. The UHP has enhanced my educational experience by keeping me in the loop about educational opportunities at UC and providing me a student work opportunity as well as support in funding my passion projects.
The honors experience that's had the biggest impact on me
My freshman year, in collaboration with the UHP, I made a promotional video for the program. To accomplish this I connected with professors and upperclassman who essentially gave me a crash course on how to make a video. This experience was a great jumping off point for my college career and taught me a lot of valuable technical skills.
If I could go back in time and give myself one piece of advice, it would be
Figure out a way to stay in contact with everyone you meet through the UHP.
I'm most looking forward to
I have two big film projects I'm very optimistic about.
