Gateway Lofts is one of the most recently-constructed student apartment communities, located just one block south of campus on W. McMillan St. Residents enjoy gathering in the lounge and grilling in the courtyard, plus staying active in the fitness center. Living at Gateway Lofts

1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom apartments are fully furnished and feature a private bathroom in every bedroom. Additional highlights include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a washer and dryer and wood-style planked floors.

Parking at Gateway Lofts is not included in your room and board fees. You may purchase a permit for your community's garage/lot or one of the on-campus garages by the semester through Parking Services.
