The Eden will accommodate roughly 460 total students, in 6 unit types:
- Studio single/1-bath – 1 person
- 1-bedroom single/1-bath – 1 person
- 2-bedroom double/2-bath – 4 person
- 2-bedroom double + single/2-bath – 3 person
- 3-bedroom/3-bath – 3 person
- 4-bedroom/4-bath – 4 person
Actual floor plans may vary from depicted images. Room selection will be based on the number of bedrooms/baths and total occupancy, rather than a specific model (floor plan). All beds will be XL Twin size.
