Registration is now closed. 

Registration Process - 2 Steps! 

  1. Complete the registration link and payment using the button above. If you need to register via P.O. and check, please email mcnair@uc.edu for instructions. 
  2. After completing the registration above, staff, who completed the group registration, and program directors will receive a link to register individual staff and/ or scholars in August to be due in September. This form must be completed for each individual registrant for the conference. The form will include registrant information, personal accommodations, dietary restrictions, presentation preferences, etc.

Registrations FAQs

  • Registration includes attendance at all symposium activities, 6 meals, conference program, cultural excursion, and university parking. 
  • Conference attendees who wish to cancel must do so on or before 9/30/2024 to receive a refund. In order to receive a refund, it must be requested by emailing mcnair@uc.edu no later than September 30, 2024. 
  • Refunds will be processed by December less a 50% processing fee.
