Lodging for McNair Scholars Program Symposium
While lodging is not a part of the registration fee, our lodging partners will provide walkable access to the University of Cincinnati West Campus and conference locations.
Lodging Rates
Conference block rates will be provided for Fairfield Inn and Suites Cincinnati Uptown/ University Area at the federal per diem rate of $156 per night for Double Rooms. Please check back here in late June to book your rooms using the block rate and for additional rate options from addtional lodging partners!
Transportation
The closest airport is CVG located in Erlanger, KY. It is about a 20-30 minute drive to campus.
The conference campus locations (Tangeman University Center and Clifton Court Hall) are within walkable distance from our lodging partners. Please see the University of Cincinnati West Campus Map. Detailed directions will be sent to registrants closer to the symposium.
UC parking vouchers will be provided to programs with vehicles. Number of parking vouchers can be requested in the forthcoming individual registration forms.
Transportation will be provided to and from the Cultural Excursion on November 1, 2024. More details to follow!
