Ombuds services are available by appointment, whether in person (in our office or elsewhere), virtual (via Zoom or Teams), or by phone. We are a small team and lock our suite when we are all busy assisting others. 

We offer appointments throughout and beyond traditional business hours. We regularly offer early morning, evening, and Sunday (typically virtual) appointments should that work better for you. If the available times don't work for you for whatever reason, please reach out via one of the other methods below, and we’d be happy to search for a time that works for you.

Digital communications may not be suitable for confidential communications. As part of our Standards of Practice, we are happy to facilitate an appointment without creating a digital record by calling the office. If you wish to protect your identity, you may dial *67 before dialing our phone number (so your phone number will be unknown). We do not have full-time administrative staff to answer phone calls, and you may need to leave a message. We recommend leaving a brief message with only your callback information and name or pseudonym.
