Proctoring Services for UC Students

UC Testing Services provides secure and convenient proctoring services for UC classroom exams upon instructor request, at no additional charge to the student or requesting department.

These testing appointments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are subject to Testing Services availability. Note that these services are for UC classroom exams only. Comprehensive Examinations and Program Exit examinations may be subject to fees. 

To use this service, your instructor must submit your exam and completed proctoring information to our office at least 24 hours before the intended test time. Your instructor should communicate to you in a timely manner the details of the registration, along with any pertinent information about the test.

Students should be aware of the following policies:

  • Your test will be administered in our Test Center on West (Main) Campus in French Hall West, Suite 1000
  • You should arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • You must present a valid photo ID, such as your Bearcat Card, or non-expired driver's license. 
  • You will not be allowed to take any personal belongings into the test room. This includes:
    • Watches
    • Mobiles Phones
    • Coats/Outerwear
    • Wallets/purses/bags/backpacks

We will provide to you secure storage for any personal items not allowed in the test room.
