Meeting Rooms

TUC is a multipurpose venue featuring 16 general meeting rooms. TUC is a flexible option for small-medium sized events and conferences.


Room Set-up Descriptions

Meeting rooms may be set up in several standard configurations, based on placement of tables and chairs.

  • Lecture style - chairs in rows with a speaker table at the front of the room
  • Classroom style - tables with chairs in rows facing the speaker table at the front of the room
  • Conference style - tables in a square with chairs on the outside of the square
  • Rounds - round tables that seat 7-9 people as specified
  • U-Shape - tables placed in a U, with the opening at the front of the room, where a speaker generally stands
  • Tables for career or job fair - tables placed in various configurations to allow people to walk and stand between rows
  • Tables around perimeter - tables placed along the outer edges of the room

Rooms 400 A, B and C

Room 400 is one very large room that is made up of three sections, A, B and C. Room dividers allow flexible use of the space as three individual rooms, or one large and one medium-sized room.

In-room technology includes:  Floor Podium with microphone, Computer, Speakers, Projector, Screen, Multi-microphone capabilities, 400B has Video Conferencing Capabilities

Rooms 407, 409, 411 and 413

Rooms 407, 409, 411 and 413 are all 15 ft. by 15 ft.

Rooms 415 AB and 419 AB

Both of these rooms have the same dimensions of 30 ft. by 20 ft., and their capacities are the same by set-up style, as shown in the table.

Room 417 ABC is typically set up in lecture style, with a capacity of 68. Room dimensions are 45 ft. by 20 ft.

Room 423

A large oval conference table  and extra chairs are in Room 423, with a capacity of 20. Room dimensions are 25 ft. by 33 ft.

Room 425

Very large meeting room with tables arranged in a square, conference style, surrounded by chairs. Extra chairs are along the outer wall.

Tables and chairs are arranged in a large rectangle in Room 425, with extra chairs on the outer wall. Capacity is 40. Room dimensions are 47 ft. by 29 ft.

Room 427

Large meeting room set up with chairs only, in a lecture style. A white board and podium are in the front of theof the room.

Room 427 has a capacity of 60 lecture style, with dimensions of 25 ft. by 33 ft.
