Getting Started

The upgraded Blackboard site is now live! Log in at canopy.uc.edu.

These video tutorials and instructions will get you up and running on the new Blackboard system. Please contact the UCIT Help Desk for additional support at 513-556-4357 or toll free, from outside Greater Cincinnati at 866-397-3382.

Blackboard Mobile Learn

If you are currently logged into the old system through the Blackboard Mobile Learn app, log-out (under Settings) and return to “Search for your school”. Search for “University of Cincinnati" and log in with your UC username and password. If you have not downloaded the app, follow these instructions:

Visit the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch or Google Play Store (formerly Android Marketplace).
Search for "Blackboard Mobile Learn."
Install the app.
Search for the "University of Cincinnati."
Log in to Mobile Learn with your UC username and password.
