What will my Bearcats experience be like during COVID?

Our planning is under way for Fall Semester 2021. We anticipate expanded opportunities for in-person learning, teaching, staffing and campus life while keeping the safety and health of our students, faculty, staff and visitors paramount. Here are some things to look forward to this fall:
 
  • Experience the energy of our Historic Nippert Stadium as our nationally-ranked Bearcats football team returns to the field.
  • Enjoy our inspiring campus. Relax in a hammock on Sigma Sigma Commons, play soccer on Sheakley Lawn, see a CCM Performance or attend a campus event.
  • Explore The Queen City. Our urban campus makes it easy for you to experience the big-city amenities that Cincinnati offers. Dine in Over-The-Rhine, visit Fiona the Hippo at the Cincinnati Zoo, or catch breathtaking sunsets along our beautiful riverfront.

What are the benefits of living on campus?

Living on our beautiful, energetic campus is one of the best ways to immerse yourself in all things Bearcat. It’s an opportunity to make new friends, explore new things, and develop life skills that go beyond the classroom. What’s more, over 80% of incoming first-year students choose to live on campus.

After you’ve confirmed your admission, you can access the housing application, submit a roommate profile, and select your meal plan.

How do I pay for college?

How to pay for college has never been more important. 

Take the first step. To see if you qualify for aid, start by completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). It’s the mandatory first step to claiming Pell Grants, work-study opportunities, student loans, and other federal aid.

Co-op gives students a chance to alternate classroom learning with on-the-job experience — and earn money doing it. UC co-op students earn a collective $75 million annually.
