Given by the Healthy Business Council of Ohio, this award speaks to UC's commitment to promoting employee health, enhanced productivity, and a healthy work environment. What does an award-winning wellness program do to support employees?

Strong Support Systems

If you're looking for a personalized plan to help you establish specific steps to building health and wellness, Be Well UC has you covered. There are several resources available, like health and wellness coaching, Employee Assistance Program, mental health support, and more, to help you along your journey.

Everyone can contribute to providing a safe and supportive environment. There is a toolkit of resources and information to support individuals and their mental well-being, such as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with AllOne Health and Emergency Guide. The EAP offers mental and emotional well-being support to employees and their loved ones, including counseling, legal and financial consultations, life coaching, mindfulness coaching, nutrition counseling, and more.

Health and wellness coaching is a free, confidential, and personalized service for UC staff and faculty. During these one-on-one calls, you'll meet with a certified Be Well UC health coach who will help you identify your priorities and make a plan.
