Housing

Housing & Meal Plan Rates

As you plan for a housing and meal plan combination that fits your budget, you can also determine what options are available for Residence Hall Communities. There is a plan for all types of students, and there is one for you!

Meal Plans Requirements

First-year students who have a housing contract through Housing and Food Services are required to purchase the Residential All-Access Meal Plan. Per the terms and conditions of the housing agreement they are not eligible to purchase a Campus Dining Pass or to forego purchasing a meal plan.

Residential All-Access Meal Plan

This plan offers students maximum flexibility to meet the needs of any eating schedule. Students have the freedom to eat a full meal or to just stop by to grab a snack. The format of this plan eliminates the need to budget meals per week and allows students to enjoy eating at the pace that works best for them.

For added value the All-Access meal plan comes with 15 additional meals that may be used to treat a guest.

Rate Stability

Our room and board rate structure is designed to align seamlessly with the university's Bearcats Tuition Guarantee program. As a new first-year student, the cohort you belong to is determined by the academic year in which you first enroll as a degree-seeking student. This ensures that room and board rates are determined by your tuition cohort, reflecting the consistent rate set during your first academic year.

It's important to note that while our Bearcats Tuition Guarantee ensures a fixed tuition rate for your academic career, room and board rates may still vary based on room type and selected options.
