March Staff Success Center workshops

March is here, bringing with it Daylight Savings, the First Day of Spring, March Madness and Employee Appreciation Day.  Show appreciation for your staff and yourself by attending a Staff Success Center professional development workshop.

The UCHR Staff Success Center (SSC) offers both individual contributor and manager level classes for the UC community. These professional development classes include such topics as communication, conflict management, building and sustaining trust, change management and more.

We also offer technical education for UCFlex, Concur, and Catalyst.

Complete information and user job aids can be found in SuccessFactors Learning, accessible via the SuccessFactors Portal. This also includes a manager job aid detailing how to approve class registration for their respective staff.
