Faculty, staff and students: Help us find 200 people who are #HealthyUC
Nominate someone who is #HealthyUC today
A life of well-being doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t happen without the support of others. We know that there are many faculty, staff and students who are making healthy lifestyle choices which influence those around them in a positive way.
We want to recognize these individuals as being #HealthyUC. Nominate a faculty member, a staff member, colleague, an administrator, a classmate, a coach or a friend as someone who is #HealthyUC.
Being #HealthyUC is about making an effort to living your best life while supporting those around you. Representatives from Be Well UC (UC’s employee wellness program), Campus Recreation, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Health Promotion & Education (CECH), Human Resources (Benefits), Student Wellness Center, and University Health Services have come together to request your nominations for faculty, staff or students who:
- Lead by example
- Encourage others to make great choices
- Exude positivity, gratitude and are engaging to work with or learn from
- Are able to handle the tough stuff and move on
- Lift others up along the way
- Motivate others
- Promote collaboration and camaraderie
- Don’t sweat the small stuff
- Make lemonade out of lemons, and then pass the pitcher
- Made personal improvements that have inspired your own positive change
Submit your nomination
Three randomly drawn individuals (one faculty, one staff and one student) will earn a prize pack. Submit your nomination by March 15.
