• The Federalist Chardonnay, Monterey County, paired with the choice of Creamy Chicken Chardonnay or Pan Seared Scallops in a Chardonnay Butter Sauce, both served with Chardonnay Glazed Carrots and Grilled Garlic Asparagus
• Bollini Pinot Grigio, Italy, paired with Caramel Apples and Brie Skewers

With record-breaking participation and high-energy activities, UC aims to make this an annual tradition, expanding opportunities for sports and engagement.
