Watch: UC honors service members on Veterans Day
UC President Neville Pinto gives remarks on 'a hero's day'
Though there will be no marching in formation, no color guard and no 21-gun salute this year, the University of Cincinnati's tradition of expressing gratitude to our nation's veterans continues this year.
As with so many other facets of our lives, the coronavirus pandemic has forced UC's annual observance of Veterans Day to go virtual. See UC President Neville G. Pinto's salute to service in the video below, which concludes with the traditional call-and-response playing of "Taps," performed this year by UC Marching Band trumpeters Noah Muse and Rob Dietz.
