UC faculty, staff can dine for $8 at On the Green

Employees can enjoy reduced priced meals at OTG from May 10-28

If you’re working on campus this month, stop by On the Green dining center and pick up a meal for $8! UC Dining Services is offering the limited-time, reduced price meal offer May 10-28. 

Both carry-out and dine-in services are available. Employees are encouraged to use carryout when possible, in accordance with COVID Careful guidelines.

Customers may carry out up to 2 boxes and one drink per person. Dine-in seating is limited to four persons per table. To enter, all staff will be required to show a Green Pass on the Covid Check App or Red Cap Survey. Social distance guidelines will be in place.

On the Green is located in Marian Spencer Hall. Daily menus are available on Campus DishOTG offers:

Biomedical engineer studying blunt and blast brain injuries

Olga Liaudanskaya, assistant professor of biomedical engineering at the University of Cincinnati, always dreamed of being a scientist. After finishing her graduate degree in materials science and engineering in Italy, she came to the United States for her postdoctoral program, where her research focused on the brain. This led her to a faculty position at UC’s College of Engineering and Applied Science. Recently, she was awarded funding from the Department of Defense for a project on the molecular mechanisms triggered by blunt and blast brain injuries.
