UC College-Conservatory of Music's virtual performance of the Essentially Ellington Gala concert is now available for on-demand viewing. The performance features the CCM Jazz Orchestra performing Duke Ellington's Rockabye River, Launching Pad, Diminuendo/Crescendo in Blue and more swinging hits by legendary jazz artists.
CCM Professor and Director of Jazz Studies Scott Belck is the music director and conductor of the performance. See below for complete program details and information for the digital concert, which was originally broadcast on August 25, 2021.

The UC College-Conservatory of Music's concert series continued on November 1 with a performance by the CCM Wind Symphony presenting multiple pieces by guest composer Viet Cuong, who is one of the most inventive voices in the wind repertoire. The centerpiece of the concert was Cuong’s piece Re(new)al, a concerto for percussion quartet that celebrates the innovations of renewable energy.
