Rosita Ortiz, a third-year law student, was recently appointed as Vice-Chair for the National Latina/o Law Student Association's (NLLSA) Executive Board for the 2021-2022 term.

Ortiz was selected by delegates representing 66 law schools across the country, and is the first student to represent the University of Cincinnati on NLLSA’s board since the organization was founded in 1996.
