Save the Date: Graduate School Conference & Fair, March 3
UC staff interested in graduate programs are encouraged to attend the virtual Conference & Fair
UC's Graduate School is hosting a virtual conference for undergraduate students, Tri-state university students and returning adults considering graduate education.
The event will be held virtually Thursday, March 3, 2022, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Participants can explore UC graduate programs, learn tips and tricks for preparing for graduate school, and discover funding options and graduate resources.
"For the majority of Americans, even the ones who attended college, studying beyond the bachelor's degree remains a process shrouded in mystery," says Yonatan Eyal, director of graduate studies for the Graduate School. "In our ongoing efforts to diversify the pipeline of graduate education, we organized this conference in order to acquaint our community —including the world beyond UC — with what it means to earn a master's or doctoral degree: how it can satisfy your curiosity, improve human welfare, advance your career and enhance our society's knowledge and understanding."
The conference will culminate with a Graduate School Fair (12:30-2:30 p.m.) to include UC college recruiters and external university recruiters.
The event is FREE but registration is required. Visit the virtual UC Graduate School Conference and Fair website for event schedule and more information.
