University to Streamline Information Technology Programs

Starting in the fall, the University of Cincinnati will simplify and streamline a number of its Information Technology programs. Instead of six overlapping programs once offered by three academic units, the university will offer a single full-time and a single part-time associate-degree and baccalaureate-degree option out of the College of Applied Science.

March 1, 2004, is the deadline for UC women undergraduates to apply to participate in science and engineering research opportunities. The WISE (Women in Science & Engineering) program and REWU (Research Experience for Women Undergraduates) includes a summer stipend of $4,000, professional research experience and mentoring.
