Callie Tucker, a fourth-year digital media collaborative student, has her sights set on Hollywood, and during her time at UC, Tucker has had the opportunity to intern at some of the most well-known media companies in order to help this dream.

The University of Cincinnati College of Law will move from its existing building on the edge of campus along Clifton Avenue to the former Lindner Building in the middle of campus. Construction begins March 1.

A team of University of Cincinnati students placed third in the National Association of Home Builders competition. The UC team comprised students from construction management, architectural engineering and civil engineering majors within the College of Engineering and Applied Science and real estate and marketing majors in the Carl H. Lindner College of Business as they played the role of a regional home building firm. Fischer Homes advised the team.

In 2019, Cincinnati Opera premiered Blind Injustice, with music by Scott Davenport Richards and a libretto by David Cote. The work tells the story of Ohioans who were falsely convicted of serious crimes and later exonerated by the Ohio Innocence Project. Blind Injustice was lauded as a “powerful piece of music theater” (The Wall Street Journal) and a “masterpiece” (CityBeat) upon its premiere. Recently, Cincinnati Opera released the live audio recording of the opera through Fanfare Cincinnati, which is now available for streaming and download.
