In the profile piece, Rivers discusses his musical background and shares some of his favorite performances at CCM. He also discusses his work with incoming Director of Choral Studies Joe Miller to prepare for 2020-21. “In partnership with my current colleague, Brett Scott (professor of ensembles and conducting), I think they’ll take CCM to even greater heights,” Rivers said of his successor.
