Image generator tools can boost brand appeal within minutes
How AI is changing the ‘face’ of business
Your promising new business is off and running. But, how do you let the world know what it can do without spending a fortune on brand designers?
New AI image generator programs are changing the trajectory of business success — young and old — like never before.
“With new artificial intelligence image generator tools, companies of all sizes can enhance product photos and people used in advertising,” said Nelly Elsayed, assistant professor in UC’s School of Information Technology within the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services, and founder of UC’s Applied Machine Learning and Intelligence Lab. “Instead of hiring models, new businesses can use their own images of friends, business partners or products and make them appear professional in minutes."
While movie makers use programs like these to create the avatars used in movie design, small businesses can now create eye-catching videos that put their brand on a par with large, established companies. Image enhancers are even making all the difference in medicine by bringing hard-to-read medical scans to light using savvy image enhancing programs, Elsayed added.
AI image generator tools can offer benefits to new companies that want to create professional-looking visuals, save time and resources and improve their marketing efforts.
Benefits
- Branding and marketing. These tools can assist in editing and enhancing product images, creating logos and banners, and generating high-quality graphics for online and promotional material. By leveraging AI-powered tools, new businesses can establish a strong brand presence and attract the attention of their target audience.
- Social media engagement. Image generator tools such as Facetune provide features such as filters, effects and stickers that can make selfies and other images more appealing and shareable. These tools enable businesses to create interactive and visually appealing content, increasing user engagement and brand exposure on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Personalized customer experience. New AI-powered selfie editors offer personalized experiences to customers by integrating facial recognition and analysis algorithms. These tools can generate customized image filters, effects or overlays based on individual traits and preferences, which make customers feel valued and encourage them to engage with the business further.
- Image search optimization. AI image programs can help small businesses optimize their images for search engines by analyzing the image content and generating metadata that can improve image search rankings.
- Data-driven insights. AI tools equipped with analytics capabilities can provide valuable data insights by analyzing user behavior, preferences and engagement patterns that generate actionable information. Businesses can use this data to optimize their marketing strategies, understand their target audience better and make informed decisions to drive growth.
Be careful!
While AI image programs can help businesses streamline their operations, improve their marketing efforts and enhance the customer experience, there are areas of copyright caution, Elsayed said.
“Problems can arise when businesses use images that are not their own or are copyright protected,” Elsayed said. “They should always be certain they are using their own material created by themselves or a hired designer, or get copyright permission from an original design owner.
“Businesses can also cross the line with selfie editors if they manipulate images of individuals without permission. We’re all aware of the AI-generated images circulating of Barack Obama and Angela Merkle, but new AI programs are being developed using agents that can now observe whether a photo or video is real or fake.”
When using AI image generator programs wisely, businesses can effectively boost their brand presence, engage customers effectively, provide personalized experiences, encourage user-generated content and gain valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
