UC welcomes largest group of new global students ever this fall

This fall, a record number of international students arrived for the first time at the University of Cincinnati. In spite of ongoing uncertainty over global health and safety, in spite of sometimes chaotic changes to government guidelines or the availability of visa appointments, and in spite of the many complications currently entangling world travel, 1,224 new international students arrived at UC for the first time.

UC engineering co-op medalist is company's first in Portugal

Vladimir Miskovic began playing American football as a high-schooler— which was not a popular activity in his home country of Serbia — and the sport led him to the United States. He moved to Cleveland to play football and, after graduating high school, decided to pursue higher education in mechanical engineering at the University of Cincinnati. Miskovic received the 2023 Herman Schneider Medal, an annual award given to a graduating senior in the College of Engineering and Applied Science who demonstrates exceptional work as a co-op student.

UC Clermont offers respiratory care info sessions

UC Clermont’s Respiratory Care program allows for a seamless transfer to the UC College of Allied Health completion program. This program enables UC Clermont graduates to earn their bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy (BSRT) in less than two years — completely online.
