As part of budding trends, the University of Cincinnati just became the third school in the nation offering culinary students training in the hard sciences.

Students Opting Into Streamlined Information Technology Programs

At one time, three academic units of the University of Cincinnati offered six overlapping information technology programs. It was a system that didn t quite add up. In September 2004, UC s College of Applied Science replaced the formerly disparate programs with a single full-time and a single part-time associate-degree and baccalaureate-degree option. The new option is adding students like never before.
