We know that housing is a major part of the first-year student experience and this article will provide an overview of the process, timeline and other resources that are available to assist you.
First-year housing application process
Our streamlined housing application process is designed to make your experience straightforward and easy to navigate. First-year students residing outside a 50-mile radius of the Uptown campus are required to live in university housing.
- Step one: Confirm your admission. Within 72 hours, you will receive your Catalyst login information and can begin the housing application.
- Step two: Verify personal information and emergency contacts in your Catalyst record.
- Step three: Indicate any special accommodations (if needed).
- Step four: Review health screening information.
- Step five: Accept the Housing Terms & Conditions agreement.
- Step six: Submit your application by paying the $150 application fee.
*Please note that your application is not considered complete until this fee has been paid.
After payment, you will be able to complete optional steps such as creating your roommate profile, indicating your preferred room-type and more.
