CCM student-created new works hit the stage in Transmigration 2024
Performances are free, but ticket reservations are encouraged
The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music presents six new works in Transmigration 2024 at 7 p.m. on March 6-8 at CCM Village. Tickets are FREE, but reservations through the CCM Box Office are encouraged.
Named for “the transition from one state of being to another,” Transmigration has been the home of the next generation of theater’s ideas for the past 14 years. Constructed by teams of CCM Acting students, each year’s festival sees CCM students produce six original 30-minute shows. With performances happening simultaneously throughout CCM, Transmigration attendees will have opportunities to view a personally curated program of their choosing. More information about each student-created work is below. The event is produced by faculty members Brant Russell and Samuel Stricklen and student producers Nathan Flesh and Sydni Charity Solomon.
