UC researcher to study the FAB400, a cohort of sexual minority women

A federally funded study, led by University of Cincinnati clinical psychologist and researcher Sarah Whitton, PhD, looks to identify mental health risks and protective factors for sexual minority women (SMW). The study is funded by the National Institute of Mental Health.

CCM welcomes Charles H. Turner Post-Doctoral Fellow in Music Composition

UC College-Conservatory of Music Interim Dean Jonathan Kregor welcomes Felipe Tovar-Henao as the Charles Henry Turner Post-Doctoral Fellow at CCM, where he will continue his research and teach while preparing for a future faculty position. Tovar-Henao will be mentored by CCM Professor of Composition Michael Fiday during the 2-year appointment, which begins on Aug. 14, 2023.

Brothers with giving hearts support first-generation students

Recognizing a need for first-generation college students in the Greater Cincinnati region, brothers Mike and Jim Rodarte were inspired to act. They co-founded Level Up Cincinnati, a nonprofit that bridges the gaps between high school, college and career with mentorship and coaching for marginalized students.

CCM alumna Dylan Mulvaney returns to stage in Rainbow Room debut

University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music Alumna Dylan Mulvaney (BFA Musical Theater, 2019) triumphantly returned to the stage on Monday, March 13 in her Rainbow Room debut. Starring in her original, one-night-only show Dylan Mulvaney’s Day 365 Live!, Mulvaney presented an 80-minure cabaret-style variety show celebration that has been lauded by industry giants such as PLAYBILL and Variety.
