Fox 19: State hopes pilot program will help Ohioans complete bachelor's degrees

Ohio Department of Higher Education is operating the Second Chance Grant Pilot Program encourage residents who haven't completed their bachelor's degrees to return to the classroom to bolster their credentials. It will provide up to $3 million in financial assistance in the form of $2,000 grants to eligible students re-enrolling at the University of Cincinnati and other qualifying institutions to obtain a bachelor's degree.

Broadway World: CCM Musical Theatre alum in national tour of 'Dear Evan Hansen'

Ciara Alyse Harris (CCM Musical Theatre BFA ‘18) spoke with Broadway World about her role as Alana Beck in the national tour of "Dear Evan Hansen." She began as the understudy for Alana and Zoe and was recently reintroduced to the stage as a leading lady in the tour, which is slated to run at the Dayton Live Schuster Center in Dayton, Ohio on March 8-13, 2022.

CCM Acting stars featured in Cincinnati premiere of "They/Them/Us"

Local audiences can attend the Cincinnati premiere of a new film to watch the work of UC College-Conservatory of Music Acting alum Jack Steiner (BFA '20) and Professor Robert Pavlovich. "They/Them/Us," a film based in Columbus, premieres on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, at the Esquire Theatre in Cincinnati. Audiences can catch showings at noon and at 2 p.m.
